7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging should be available.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days after delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges in cases such as:

  • Wrong product received

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Damaged product

  • Defective print or manufacturing issue

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

  • Minor color differences occur due to screen lighting or photography.

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale are marked as non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or shared bank account/UPI.

  • In COD orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be provided.

Please record an unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us quickly verify any damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.
